- Loan Application Process:
- Step 1: Customer submits the completed application form, bank/Mpesa statements, proof of ID, KRA PIN, and any other required document.
- Step 2: Aptic reviews the application, verifies employment details, and assesses cash flow using bank/Mpesa statements.
- Step 3: Customer and spouse (if applicable) sign a chattels mortgage agreement, and post-dated cheques are collected.
- Step 4: Upon approval, the funds are disbursed to the customer’s bank account or mobile wallet.
- Interest Rates & Fees:
- 8% interest rates tailored to the loan term and customer risk profile.
- Processing fee of 3% of the loan amount.
- CRB fee, chattels registration fee, and disbursement fee.
- Loan Repayment:
- Monthly repayments through direct debit, post-dated cheques, or mobile money.
- Penalties apply for late or missed payments to encourage timely repayment.
- Early repayment options without penalties, allowing customers to save on interest costs.
